After iTunes 12.4 Update, Podcasts are Unsubscribed and LOCKED

After iTunes 12.4 Update, Podcasts are Unsubscribed and LOCKED.

Most of the podcasts that I previously subscribed to are now showing as 'unsubscribed'. In the Podcast Info window, the 'Unsubscribe / Subscribe' button shows a lock icon and can't be switched to 'Subscribe'. (Would post a screenshot, but the forum software won't let me, even though it's called 'screengrab.png' and is 55KB).

Also, in many of my podcasts, all but one or two episodes have disappeared. This is extremely frustrating.

Your reply helped me. In list view, I could delete most of the old episodes of the podcast, then the spurious locked podcast entry was gone.

SOLVED... I think... switching to 'Classic List' View, everything goes back to normal. Podcasts are there and subscriptions as they should be. Changing back to 'List' view (with its seemingly random, non-alphabetical ordering of podcasts), the problem comes back... iTunes 12.4 needs some serious fixing.
